The protection of your personal data is very important to SILENT4BUSINESS, S.A. DE C.V., (hereinafter referred to as “S4B”) with its address at Insurgentes Sur No. 2453, Fourth Floor, Colonia San Ángel, Delegación Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01109 in Mexico City, and website www.silent4business.com, which makes available this PRIVACY POLICY. Its purpose is to inform you about the type of personal data (“Personal Data”) we may collect from you, how we use, handle, and benefit from it; in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations (the “Law”).

Our clients provide Personal Data to “S4B” directly, indirectly, personally, or through their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, and/or business partners, through offices and at “S4B” locations; by email; phone, or website, which may include:

Personal Data: full name; email address; phone numbers (work and/or mobile); official identification, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC); commercial and/or personal references.

Sensitive Asset Personal Data: bank account data (bank institution, account number, interbank CLABE, and branch).

To obtain more information about you, we may use cookies, web beacons, and/or similar technological elements to gather information such as: browser type and operating system; web pages you visit; links you follow; IP address; sites you visited before entering ours; user recognition; detecting outstanding information; and measuring traffic parameters.

We understand that the personal data of third parties (such as personal and/or commercial references) that you provide us already have the authorization of their holder to be delivered and processed by us in accordance with this privacy policy.

The primary purposes applicable to Personal Data (“Primary Purposes”) will be: to identify you as a client or supplier; to draft documents, contracts, agreements, invoices, receipts, and/or documentation related to the relationship; to receive and/or process payments; storage; and compliance with the terms and conditions we have established with you.

The secondary purposes applicable to Personal Data (“Secondary Purposes”) will be: statistics; marketing and prospecting.

Personal Data and its confidentiality are protected by administrative, technical, and/or physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, access, or improper disclosure. For instance, Personal Data is stored in an internal database, managed through access keys that are periodically changed, and restricted to authorized personnel; confidentiality agreements with staff, among others.

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your Personal Data, to object to its processing, or to revoke your consent (collectively referred to as “ARCO Rights”). To do so, you must submit a written request for the exercise of ARCO Rights addressed to the Information Security Department of “SILENT4BUSINESS,” responsible for the protection of Personal Data, located at the address indicated above, or by email to privacidad@silent4business.com (“Request”); you must receive acknowledgment of receipt in both cases for “S4B” to be bound in this regard. Such Request must contain the following information: full name; email address for notifications; a simple copy of an official photo ID, a clear and precise description of the Personal Data concerning which you seek to exercise ARCO Rights; description of any element or document that facilitates locating your Personal Data; and the signature of the Request.

If requesting the exercise of the right of: Rectification, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting the request; and Access; “S4B” will provide Personal Data via email and/or by appointment at corporate offices, at the choice of “S4B.”

Within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the acknowledgment of receipt of the Request, the petition must be addressed, and you will be informed of its acceptance or rejection through a notice sent to the email provided for notifications. If your Request is deemed valid, “S4B” must implement it within 15 (fifteen) business days, counting from the receipt of the acceptance of your Request via email.

Additionally, concerning Secondary Purposes, you have the right to revoke or express your refusal to process your Personal Data; and/or to be included in the “Exclusion List” enabled and owned by “S4B,” which allows us to limit the use and disclosure of Personal Data. For both purposes, simply send us the revocation or exclusion request, which must include: full name; and email account to respond to your request. This must be addressed to the Security Department of “S4B,” responsible for the protection of Personal Data, at the following email: privacidad@silent4business.com. An acknowledgment of receipt must be provided for “SILENT4BUSINESS” to be bound in this regard. The acknowledgment of receipt includes evidence of revocation and/or registration in the “Exclusion List.” “S4B” has a maximum period of 5 (five) business days to respond.

All documentation must be sent in a readable and complete PDF file format for “S4B” to address the Request. If acting through a representative for any of the requests mentioned above, the existence of representation must be proven through a public instrument or a power of attorney signed before two witnesses, as applicable, and also send a simple copy of the representative’s official ID. If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated by “S4B” or suspect that there is any breach of the provisions in the Law in the handling of your Personal Data, you may file a complaint or report to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) (www.inafai.orggob.mx), within 15 (fifteen) days from the date you receive “S4B’s” response or from the conclusion of the 20 (twenty) days counted from the date of acknowledgment of receipt of the ARCO Rights Request. “S4B” is a company dedicated to information services in the area of technical and scientific research, conducting all types of investigations and studies on market potential and trends, as well as providing consultancy services. Consequently, Personal Data may be transferred to subsidiary, affiliate, parent companies, and/or business partners within the national territory for the same purposes cited. It may also be shared with the following entities: legal, accounting, and/or tax advisors, tax authorities, and any other necessary party to fulfill the purposes for which you contacted us.
